Pro-Staff member Mike Jones from Lebanon Missouri. began fishing various local regional tournaments when he was 12 years old with a high degree of success. In 1999, Mike began fishing the BFL tournaments and subsequently qualified for the Everstart Tournaments in 2000. In 2003, he qualified for the FLW Tournaments, which is one of the two most prestigious bass tournament trails in the United States. His highest finishes have been B.A.S.S. Federation state qualifier, 7th in BFL, 4th in Everstart, 3rd in FLW and 4th in the FLW Championship. Since fishing the BFL, Everstart and the FLW, Mike has finished "in the money" 50% of the time. He also qualified for the championship tournaments in each of the last five years.
   Mike currently writes a fishing column for www.Midwestbasstournaments.com which has over 3 million hits per month. He was president of the Laclede Country Bass Club for two years and has appeared as a guest and featured guest on various radio fishing shows.
